我們都知道福祿克DSX-5000的跳線適配器是非常昂貴的,同理福祿克DTX1800也是一樣的情況,為什么會(huì)有這種情況呢?小小的連接頭需要這么貴嗎?來(lái)我們以前來(lái)看看這篇文章。-來(lái)自《布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試中遇到的三大疑問(wèn)》

有些廠商推出了無(wú)適配器的綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試方案,原理是參照光纖綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試方法中設(shè)置參考值的做法。從理論上而言,的確有其獨(dú)到之處。

但如果我們從實(shí)際情況來(lái)考察的話,就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題了。如果去看這些廠商的儀器說(shuō)明書(shū),他們會(huì)要求你使用好的跳線來(lái)進(jìn)行參考值的設(shè)置。那么什么是好的跳線呢?是按照ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1和 IEC61935-2 for Patch Cord Testing.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試過(guò)的呢,還是你自己認(rèn)為是好的跳線呢?而他們的銷(xiāo)售人員又在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演示,使用受過(guò)損壞的跳線并不影響最終綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的有效性。真的如此嗎?

首先,什么叫好的跳線?你去購(gòu)買(mǎi)跳線,不管供應(yīng)商是誰(shuí),生產(chǎn)商是誰(shuí),他們都會(huì)告訴你他們的跳線是好的,然而事實(shí)是ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-A-4 超五類(lèi)跳線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是經(jīng)過(guò)無(wú)數(shù)次修改、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)認(rèn)證后才正式定案的,因?yàn)樘€的性能偏差非常大,不同廠商,不同批次生產(chǎn)的跳線在電氣性能上都有很大的差別,只有經(jīng)過(guò)認(rèn)證測(cè)試通過(guò)的跳線才能認(rèn)為是“好”的跳線。而且無(wú)適配器綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試方案在做參考設(shè)置時(shí),只使用一根跳線,正式綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試時(shí)需要兩根跳線。那么第二根跳線的性能對(duì)整個(gè)測(cè)試結(jié)果造成的影響,怎么來(lái)認(rèn)證,怎么來(lái)保證呢?你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演示的時(shí)候,廠商會(huì)針對(duì)第一根做過(guò)參考設(shè)置的跳線,而忽略第二根未被做參考設(shè)置的跳線。這根被隱形的跳線,就是一個(gè)漏洞。做儀器演示的時(shí)候,環(huán)境會(huì)比正式綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的環(huán)境簡(jiǎn)單,技術(shù)人員也喜歡用質(zhì)量較好的鏈路,保證兩次綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試都是通過(guò)的結(jié)果。這樣被測(cè)試者,測(cè)試者和旁觀者都皆大歡喜。但現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的情況往往更復(fù)雜,許多鏈路并沒(méi)有很大的余量來(lái)抵消不良跳線造成的影響。如果由于這根被隱形的跳線造成測(cè)試結(jié)果不通過(guò),應(yīng)該由誰(shuí)來(lái)買(mǎi)單呢?

出了問(wèn)題就會(huì)造成圖中的推諉拉扯問(wèn)題。當(dāng)然是我們都不希望的。

再簡(jiǎn)單舉一個(gè)參數(shù)為例:特性阻抗。跳線允許的特性阻抗偏差在5%以?xún)?nèi),而鏈路允許的特性阻抗偏差在15%以?xún)?nèi)。假設(shè)跳線的特性阻抗為95歐姆,鏈路的特性阻抗為115歐姆,兩者本身都在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)允許的偏差范圍內(nèi),但兩者互相之間的阻抗偏差為20歐姆了,偏差達(dá)到20%,這樣造成的信號(hào)反射,能使測(cè)試結(jié)果理想嗎?由于跳線與鏈路之間特性阻抗不匹配造成的綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試不通過(guò),應(yīng)該由誰(shuí)來(lái)買(mǎi)單呢?

另外,如果使用特殊的適配器,那么連接入鏈路的只有一個(gè)RJ45連接,如果使用無(wú)適配器綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試方案,鏈路中就會(huì)多一個(gè)額外的RJ45連接。眾所周知,RJ45連接對(duì)于電纜的結(jié)構(gòu)是起到破壞作用的,RJ45水晶頭的性能尤其不穩(wěn)定,由于6類(lèi)要求更加嚴(yán)格,市場(chǎng)上基本上買(mǎi)不到可以用于用戶(hù)自行制造跳線的水晶頭。如果使用無(wú)適配器測(cè)試方案,那么在兩個(gè)水晶頭之間由于NEXT, RL,FEXT等干擾信號(hào)反復(fù)疊加造成的影響,該如果對(duì)待呢?這可不是一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的設(shè)置參考就能解決的問(wèn)題。跳線水晶頭和儀器接口之間的耦合與正式要綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的鏈路模塊之間的耦合,可以是完全不同的。這樣綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,如果不通過(guò),該由誰(shuí)來(lái)買(mǎi)單呢?

聽(tīng)上去又簡(jiǎn)單又便宜的解決方案,在現(xiàn)實(shí)世界可就沒(méi)有看上去那么美了。使用性能完全不能確定的跳線,對(duì)綜合布線系統(tǒng)測(cè)試現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的情況完全無(wú)法認(rèn)證的測(cè)試方案,在現(xiàn)在業(yè)主對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量越來(lái)越關(guān)注的情況下,簡(jiǎn)直猶如盲人瞎馬,夜臨深池,是非常危險(xiǎn)的。
